Breakfast Pizza Recipe
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Large Tortilla
6 eggs
5 pieces of chopped bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 thinly sliced tomato
Olive oil
Spinach
Salt to taste
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat bottom of round baking dish with olive oil. Press tortilla into the baking dish. You have to have a pan smaller than the tortilla so the tortilla folds up a bit around the sides.
Add 6 eggs, shredded cheese, chopped bacon and salt. Mix lightly with a fork as to not poke the tortilla.
Add tomato slices on top. Then add spinach lettuce on top of that.
Pop in the over at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until eggs are all baked through. May take longer depending on pan and oven.
When done, remove from pan and let cool 5 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
